AllRiderz ("AllRiderz", "we", "us") operates a mobile application and website that let motorcyclists find each other. Riders who want to help others can say so. Riders who need help can ask. That is the whole service.
We are a place where riders find each other. We are not a party to what happens next.
AllRiderz is not a roadside assistance service, not an automotive repair business, not a motor club, and not an emergency service. We do not provide, supervise, direct, control, employ, contract with, or take responsibility for any assistance that one user gives another. We do not dispatch anyone, we do not guarantee that anyone will respond, and we do not promise how long anything will take.
No money passes through AllRiderz. There are no fees, no subscriptions, no payments between users, and no tipping in the app. Helping another rider through AllRiderz is a favour between riders, not a paid service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You must provide accurate information when you register and keep it current. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, so keep your credentials to yourself.
We may refuse, suspend or terminate any account at any time, including for conduct that puts other riders at risk.
We do not verify, test, certify, screen, endorse or vouch for any user's mechanical skill, competence, qualifications, training, experience, licensing, insurance, character or trustworthiness. We do not run background checks. We do not confirm that a helper knows what they are doing.
Helpers on AllRiderz are volunteers who ride motorcycles. They are not professional mechanics, not licensed automotive repair dealers, and not roadside assistance professionals — unless they happen to be, which is their business and not something we confirm or communicate.
Any statement anywhere in the app, on our website, or in our marketing that could be read as us endorsing a user's ability is not intended that way and should not be relied on. Deciding whether to accept help from another user, and whether to act on anything they say or do, is entirely your decision and your risk.
By using AllRiderz you acknowledge and accept all of the following.
a. Nobody is on call. There is no guaranteed response, no service level, no arrival time, and no assurance that any rider is near you. In many areas there will be nobody. AllRiderz must never be your only plan. Keep breakdown cover, keep a phone that works, and in an emergency call the emergency services first.
b. You are meeting strangers. Users arrange to meet in the physical world. Meet in public and well-lit places where you can, tell somebody where you are, and leave any situation that feels wrong. Trust your instincts over politeness.
c. Roadside help is temporary. Assistance given at the roadside is intended to get you moving, not to repair your motorcycle. Work affecting brakes, steering, suspension, tyres, frame, or any other safety-critical system must be inspected and repaired by a qualified professional before you rely on it. Riding on a temporary fix is your decision and your risk.
d. Riding is dangerous. Motorcycling carries inherent risk of serious injury and death. Nothing about AllRiderz reduces that risk, and a mechanical problem addressed by another rider may not be fully resolved.
e. If you help someone, help within your limits. Do not attempt work you are not competent to do. Tell the other rider honestly what you can and cannot do. Nobody is obliged to help with anything, ever.
You use AllRiderz at your own risk. You knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks arising from using the service and from any interaction, meeting, communication or assistance between you and any other user — including risks of property damage, mechanical failure, personal injury, and death, whether caused by another user's negligence, by inadequate or incorrect assistance, or otherwise.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release AllRiderz and its officers, employees and agents from any claim arising out of or connected with any interaction between users, any assistance given or received, and any act or omission of any user.
This release does not apply to our own fraud, our own wilful injury, our own violation of law, or our own gross negligence. California Civil Code §1668 makes those unwaivable and we are not attempting to waive them.
You agree not to: use AllRiderz for anything unlawful; offer or provide services for payment through the platform; solicit business, advertise, or use the service for commercial purposes; harass, threaten, stalk or endanger anyone; misrepresent who you are or what you can do; use another rider's information for any purpose other than the help being arranged; damage anyone's property; ride or drive impaired; or interfere with the operation of the service.
On payment specifically: AllRiderz is a free peer network. Do not use it to solicit or accept payment for repair work. Beyond being a breach of these Terms, in California anyone who repairs motor vehicles for compensation must be registered as an Automotive Repair Dealer with the Bureau of Automotive Repair (Business & Professions Code §9880 et seq., which expressly covers motorcycles). Accounts used to tout for paid work will be removed.
You keep ownership of what you post — help requests, messages, photos, help stories, profile information. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt and display that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the service. For help stories you choose to publish, that licence extends to showing them publicly in the app, on our website, and in our marketing.
You are responsible for what you post. Do not post anything unlawful, misleading, infringing, or which exposes someone else's private information. We may remove content at our discretion, and we are not obliged to store or return it.
The service depends on approximate location to connect riders who are near each other. Your location is shared when you post a help request, and stops being shared when that request is resolved or withdrawn. Helpers share approximate location so we can tell them about nearby requests. Details are in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that notifications will be delivered, that location will be accurate, that any rider will respond, or that any assistance will be adequate, safe, or correctly performed.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALLRIDERZ WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR ANY INTERACTION BETWEEN USERS.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED [ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100)]. Because the service is free, this reflects the absence of any consideration paid by you.
Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud, wilful injury, violation of law, or gross negligence.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AllRiderz from any claim, damage, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, your breach of these Terms, your interactions with other users, any assistance you give or receive, and any content you post.
AllRiderz does not contact emergency services on your behalf and is not an emergency notification system. Any feature that notifies other riders is best-effort only: we do not monitor rides, we do not guarantee delivery, and you must not rely on the app to summon help in an emergency. Call 911 or your local emergency number.
You may stop using AllRiderz and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, including for breach of these Terms or conduct that endangers others. Sections 3, 4, 5, 7, 9, 10, 11, 14 and 15 survive termination.
Please read this section carefully. It affects how disputes are resolved.
a. Informal resolution first. Before starting any proceeding, contact us at [legal@allriderz.com] with a description of the dispute. We will try to resolve it within 60 days.
b. Binding arbitration. Any dispute not resolved informally will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, in [San Francisco, California] or by videoconference at your election. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
c. Class action waiver. Disputes will be brought only in an individual capacity. You and AllRiderz waive any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, consolidated or representative action.
d. Exceptions. Either party may bring a claim in small claims court. Nothing here prevents you from seeking public injunctive relief, or from reporting conduct to a government agency.
e. Opt out. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing [legal@allriderz.com] within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, stating your name and that you are opting out. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.
These Terms are versioned. The current version and its effective date appear at the top.
If we make a material change — including any change that introduces payments, fees, or paid services, changes how disputes are resolved, or materially expands how we use your data — we will give you notice in the app and by email, and we will ask you to affirmatively accept the new version before you can continue using the service. Continuing to use AllRiderz without accepting a material change is not agreement to it.
Non-material changes (clarifications, typos, contact details) take effect when posted.
We keep prior versions available at [allriderz.com/terms-archive] so you can see what changed and when.
Governing law. California law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about the service.
Severability. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If the class action waiver in §14(c) is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim is severed from arbitration and heard in court.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
